Due to general busyness and perhaps a little bit of laziness (just a touch), my Sweet As Pie Baking Challenge has been on hold but when Mother’s Day was on the horizon I felt it was time to dust off the cookbook and get stuck into a new recipe.
Choc Cherry Slice marks the final recipe in the Biscuits and Slices section of ‘Australia’s Sweet Baking Favourites’ cookbook. I’m not much into cherries but I’m told by my trusted taste testers that it was delicious and maybe a little indulgent too!!!!
It’s a super simple recipe and looks quite a bit fancy once you’re done so enjoy!!!
